This project assigned an ecological value to each wetland object identified in the current wetland inventory using rigorous, objective, relevant, and scientifically defensible methodology<\/SPAN>. To achieve this objective, we identified 3 key criteria for identifying ecologically important wetlands in Parkland County, and these criteria are further organized into a hierarchy of sub-components that includes sub-criteria and indicators.
